OVERVIEW

The true essence of yoga resolves around elevating the life force of ‘Kundalini’ at the base of the Spine. It aim to achieve this through a series of physical and mental Excersise.At the physical level, the methods compromise various yoga postures or ‘asana’ that aim to keep the body healthy. The mental techniques include breathing exercises or ‘Pranayama’ and mediation or ‘dhayanas’ to disciplining the mind.

Day 1 : 

Pickup New Delhi Airport / Rail Terminus and transfer to RISHIKESH Ashram for night stay and relax.

Day 02 : 

Early morning wakeup Bell at 5AM.
Morning- 5.30 to 6.30 AM.
Morning Yoga- 7AM to 8AM.
Breakfast – 8.30 AM
Library – 9AM to 11AM, 2PM to 3.15PM
Lunch – 12. Noon
Lecture- 3.15 to 4 PM (Ques, Ans, on meditation & philosophy)
Evening Tea- 4 PM
Evening Yoga- 4.30PM to 5.30 PM
Evening Meditation- 6PM to 7PM
Dinner- 7.30 PM.

Day 03 :

 Early morning wakeup Bell at 5AM.
Morning- 5.30 to 6.30 AM.
Morning Yoga- 7AM to 8AM.

Library – 9AM to 11AM, 2PM to 3.15PM
Lunch – 12. Noon
Lecture- 3.15 to 4 PM (Ques, Ans, on meditation & philosophy)

Evening Meditation- 6PM to 7PM
Dinner- 7.30 PM.

Day 04 :

Day 05 : 

RISHIKESH – ashram stay (full day sightseeing of Rishikesh and Haridwar and back)

Day 06 : 

Drop to Delhi Airport / Rail terminus.
